What do I do with stocks from a company that paid out from dissolving?

Like the title says I had a stock in MACK and I just looked this morning looks like they decided to close down and now I have a couple hundred bucks under them, do I just sell and reinvest in a difference stock? Do I just hang on to it? I’m newer to stocks/trading and I hadn’t had this happen before.
