What are your ‚go-to‘ assets with low or even negative beta?

I guess obvious assets could be gold or commodities but do you have anything else in mind?

Since I’m young I want to invest mainly in growth (accumulating) etfs so it’s more of a question regarding portfolios that aim for a bit of risk reduction.

Im just interested in what you guys think.
