What are the Hours for IOC orders?

I've gone over a dozen articles about this on Google and not a single one mentions the hours.

Is it just pre-market and aftermarket hours? Or is it 24/7 if there's someone available to fill it immediately because it's considered an immediate order or cancel?

What about Fill or kill is there any difference on the hours?
