What are the GOOG VS GOOGL Differences

I understand that GOOGL is Class A shares and GOOG represents Class C. I understand that GOOGL has voting rights while GOOG does not. Neither pays a dividend but both will participate in the 20:1 split later this year.

What other differences are there that would lead one to buy one versus the other?
