Like what is it a percentage of because I'm trying to figure it out I'll Google searches don't tell me anything useful they just keep telling me how to find what how much money I'd be making and not telling me what the percent actually means I want to know what it's a percent of I want to know and if it's not a percent of anything I want to know why it's a percent or what it even means in general.
