What are some thought provoking questions to ask yourself when reviewing a company?

Here are some I have come up with:

Is the company run by a mastermind or is it idiot proof?

Is there evidence that the company has defended its position previously?

Do you know enough about the company/industry to make a good decision?

What else do you got?
