What are some good cheap ETF’s to get for options trading?

I’m not rich but I wanna play with options with more than Tilray. I need ETF’s under $20, ideally under $10 to do options with a hundred shares.

Is there something like an S&P 500 ETF that’s super cheap? That would be ideal. Maybe a cheap tech etf?

I’m open minded to cheap individual stocks as well. Curious what you all trade options with.
