The last couple time this type of market happened the highest beta names would have huge rallies – like 50% in a week. Just face ripping rallies that would leave you breathless or deep in fomo if you sold at a loss. For 2 or 3 years these rallies would eventually die out and the selling would start again and what looked like the bottom eventually turned out to be nothing of the sort. You have to be ready for these or your emotions will get the better of you. Just be ready and you'll stick with your plan – whatever it is.
