Volta acquisition by Shell

I have about 3000 shares of Volta stock and my price paid is $1.83

I just learned that Shell is buying out Volta and will acquire all outstanding shares for $0.86 per share.

I don’t really know much about buy outs do I need to sell now? I’m down almost 4K on that.
