VanEck Semi con ETF or individual top Semi stocks ?

Hey guys,

Need your suggestion/opinion on whether shall I just buy the etf with .35% fees or shall i buy individual stocks of the top semi stocks as per the etf portfolio?

Any benefits or disadvantages for the etf purchase over stocks?
