Value Vs Growth in the next 5-10

I think we are definitely in a new business cycle. However, I thought that at the start of the pandemic, which just seemed to accelerate the same trajectory we were on since the great recession: significant growth in tech, value stocks completely out matched by +20% y-o-y gains, the fed pumping the economy up with cash, crypto, etc. etc…

Now? I think growth stocks will struggle to return the same as value in the next 5 to 10 years. Fed has become hawkish to fight inflation, which will cool lending and slow down all things growth oriented. Second, I'm not convinced inflation will completely dissipate in the next 1-2 years like everyone in the news media seems to think. Sticky CPI seems to be on a completely upward trajectory, without a breakpoint. This has me thinking: it's time to move to more blue-chip, value oriented etf/stocks/mutual funds. Anyone agree/disagree and why?
