I don't know if this is the proper sub to post this but there it goes!
I searched for a specifically stock in DEGIRO (PSTL) and I didn't find it. I emailed them the reason why and according to them, they cannot offer it due to “regulatory issues”.
I wonder what this might be. I asked them to elaborate on their answer since it's quite strange to me that I cannot buy a NYSE listed stock. I hesitate they'll answer so I ask you guys!
Why could it be?
