I was looking at ALC.TO Algoma Central Corporation, they pay a nice dividend with 4.33% yield. And heard for the past two years they paid a special dividend of 0.18 (usually its 0.05) on January. They have amazing free cash flow, price to sales under 1 and PE of 6.
Why aren't more people buying this stock? Are there any downsides that I'm not aware of? Its a logistics company, maybe its something in the industry I'm not aware of. But seems like a solid pick to add a little dividends to the mix alongside the usually VEQT/XEQT.
