I've been trying to figure out whether Musk can or cannot place people on the board given his 9.2% stake.
All I can find is Twitter's original articles of incorp in 2007
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1418091/000119312513406804/d564001dex32.htm
Basically from reading it Twitter's structure will not allow him even as holder of 14.9% and having 3 or 4 partners holding around 10-15% (a likely scenario) in total to fire get rid of the board and since they use a 3 class structure, it will take 2 years if he is able to sway the shareholders to vote his way to replace the board.
Is an alternative to be able to control 50%+1 and call an extraordinary GM, and fire the board with cause?
