TUP goes up almost a dollar after someone buys 82M in shares ? Is this another shot at people fighting shorts?

I am a casual trader. But have been monitoring TUP for the last 5 months daily. Had been busy with my other job today as we had two call offs and another on vaca….And then I get off and I see the price jumped up almost a dollar. No new news from the company just a random jump. Been beating myself up the last hour asking myself why would I just ignore the notification.
