CNBC did an excellent interview with Nelson Peltz this morning. Peltz frequently referred to a PowerPoint that was filed with the proxy statement for his election to the Board. The PowerPoint provides a thorough and accurate critique of the Walt Disney Company and the need for change. DIS is up in trading today as a result.
