Transfer agent requirements

Hi. I am Per Rep in a deceased family member's estate.

Posted here awhile back about my probate attorney holding onto paper stock certificates for over a year with no information obtained. Advice was to get the certs back, which I finally did, and fire him. I also did do that as well but for a reason outside of the paper stock certs and this issue was far more serious.

Now I am currently consulting with different attorneys for the rest of probate proceedings. It's going to be a bit of time to decide.

I found all the transfer agents for the paper stock certificates on my own and with your help, so thank you. I need to get account balance summaries for these, especially because the Inventory posted by the (now former) attorney doesn't include them. However, all the transfer agents require court papers dated within 90 days.

My domiciliary papers are from December of 2023.
In my state, domiciliary papers are only issued once and are not renewable.

Should I submit the packets to the transfer agents with my court papers as-is or should I wait to find a new attorney and have them go through the process of obtaining new domiciliary papers? I don't need anything other than valuation determinations at this time.
