I would like to learn how to trade ETFs based on breaking news. Can someone please give me several examples such as when OPEC releases a statement saying that they will be cutting back on oil production.
What kind of ETFs would be affected by this news (only crude oil ETFs?) and should this make me buy long or short these ETFs?
What about when the Fed announces a rate increase?
