Tool to get true exposure to stock if I have Mutual Fund/ ETF and Individual stock

Hi,

So I have an investment account where I have both mutual fund/ETFs and individual stock.

Is there a tool out there where I can put all my funds/etfs and individual stocks to get a better understanding of my true exposure to a company?

So for a simple example. Lets say I invest in a S&P 500 mutual fund/ ETF. But I also buy individual Apple stock (lets say individual Apple Stock is 2% of portfolio).

Is there a tool out there that can tell me if I put 1000 dollars in S&P 500 mutual fund/ETF and the individual share of Apple that is 2% of portfolio, my actual exposure is 5% to Apple or something?

Thanks!
