I was gifted the book by a friend since I told them I was interested in learning about investing. However, I’m barely through the first chapter and Tony is just repeating the same junk over and over.
It mainly goes like:
You and everyone else don’t know how to make money your bitch -> I interviewed all these rich guys and will tell you how to do it! -> Proceeds to not tell you anything and then go on about how the investing world uses big words to confuse you -> I taught my friend these things you’ll read later! -> and rinse and repeat for 30 pages, with random quotes that barely apply.
Is this book even worth reading as someone who knows nothing about investing? What other books would be better for learning and getting into this? I also bought Value Investing for Dummies the other day as well.
