Time to get into TSMC?

1. Pro-China party KMT winning local elections. Maybe tension will ease?
2. Buffett just bought at ~$70 with P/E around 11.
3. Growth still very strong with the bleak global economic outlook.

Any thoughts?

Do not own it as of now.
