Thoughts on this CNBC article claiming bear market will end in October

You can't read it without paying but the headline pretty much says it all

Currently only holding NVDA , wondering if it's even possible (doubt it) for it to end the year in the green

Holding NVDA: at a average of 241; but I keep buying so I can lower that average to around 220
