Seems to be the best play out there right now. Monthly dividends that have never missed payment. Solid tenants, doctors on NNN leases. Payout ratio is sustainable below 100%. Yield is a juicy 6.3%. 10 Billion Market Cap. 3 year dividend growth of 4% – this means in total for the last 3 years it's a 4 right? Not enough to keep up with inflation but still pretty good. Stock is at a 52 week low, what's not to love?
