I’m thinking about about investing a decent chunk of change into costar group as a 5 year play. If you’re unfamiliar with their business model I urge you to look into it. They effectively monopolize their industry (CRE Information.) They own LoopNet, Apartments.com, homes.com, and homesnap.com. Would love to hear others opinion on Costar as a long term investment.
