One for my UK/EU folks.
PE of 12.
3.3% dividend.
People being squeezed (squoozed?)by inflation they want their essentials cheaper. Like many I began investing during lockdown 1 and this was one of my first buys, I sold for a tiny profit and moved to meme stocks and “growth” stocks so I'm now down 35% and want something nice and steady for long term.
Buffett said to only buy what you know right? I know cost of living is very high and wages aren't rising fast enough to keep pace.
I live in a poor part of England and B&M shops appear all over the place even in easier times. Seems like a good buy to me.
