Thinking of selling all stocks and start to DCA on a weekly basis to VOO/VTI

I am nearing 50% down, almost -200K.

Something like 85K is gone as it was tied to stock that I have no position at the moment (e.g., stocks like tdoc which I sold back when it fell around 30, incurring a 50K loss, and now it is trading low 20s, so not regretting it as much as I did when I sold)…

But here are my current holdings, where I am still hanging on hoping to salvage the 115K or so at some point.

ETFS:

25K in VOO, 10K in VTI (both at break even now as I have been DCAing into them)

IQQH (equivalent of ICLN in europe): 12K (-25%)

SMH: 4K (-0.7%)

WCBR: 12K (-35%)

Stocks:

AAPL: 22K (-0.1%)

MSFT: 40K (-10%)

GOOG: 41K (-20%)

AMZN: 27K (-30%)

PYPL: 28K (-44%)

SE: 12k (-53%)

For the sake of peace of mind, will it be a good approach to slowly get out of my stock positions and dca more into VOO and VTI (say for example, liquidate 100K of my big tech stocks in the coming few weeks and start DCAing 5K into VOO/VTI every week for 20 weeks).

PS: I don't need the money for quite some time (I want to buy a condo next year, but I have 100K or so in my savings account). I have a good income, and barring some calamity, I think I can be able to save back the 200k I lost in max 3 years.
