The world needs better sources of protein and nothing is better than salmon. But, today's oceans are getting fished out and are polluted. AQB has a solution. AquaBounty (AQB) offers AquAdvantage Salmon, a bioengineered Atlantic salmon for human consumption. With sanctions putting Russia, a major supplier of salmon, out of the picture probably for a long, long time, AQB's new production facility being built in Ohio is looking pretty good. This combined with its potential to license its production technologies to other countries is pretty interesting.
