The Twitter deal is done, but how’s Musk going to pay for it?

Elon's buying Twitter for $44b, but from what I've heard he's secured $13b in funding from BB banks, but where's the rest of the money coming from? Will he have to liquidate some of his Tesla stock to finance the acquisition?
