the big banks are up 20%-45% since early October, is this sector rotation of fundamentals / expectations based?

banks reported mixed results Friday that were ultimately interpreted as positive by the market. I’ve been bullish on $JPM, $BAC, and $C since late last year, which are now up between 20%-45%. financials tend to outperform in the late to early economic cycles, but many parts of their business struggle as the economy slows or stagnates, as we heard on Friday’s earnings calls. I’ve been looking at some of the regional banks & specialty finance companies, and was looking for any Bull / Bear case scenario’s for anything in the financial sector.
