So looks like myself as a retail investor has until tomorrow at midnight to vote, but the the meeting is thursday. Can institutions vote on thursday? Is the timeline the same for everyone?
If I buy today, vote, then sell, what happens? How long do I have to hold? Until tomorrow at midnight( so thursday morning), through the meeting?
