TCEHY Other Income

I was paid “other income” in my brokage account for my TCEHY shares on 4/14/22. A quick search shows that TCEHY is scheduled to pay a dividend on 6/21/22. There last dividend payment was on 6/22/21. I was paid $1.31/share when the last two dividend are roughly $0.20/share. Any idea what this “other income” payment was for and how it will be taxed? ie: as dividend, etc.
