Tax when selling part of the stock

Say you bought Meta, 50% at 350$ and 50% at 90$. You want to sell 60%. Can you say that you only sold the ones you bought at 350$ and a couple of those at 90$ so in the end you made no profit from the trade? How does it work it work when you use an app that doesn't allow you to select which shares you sel.
