If you are not an American or a permanent resident, how do you file taxes? I recently created an Interactive Brokers account and couldn't understand how a non-US person files taxes on profits made from trading and dividends, and the IRS website has been confusing me. So basically, if you have filed tax as a non-US person (especially if u use Interactive Brokers), I would appreciate if you can help me.
