Talk to me about DRV

The funds went astronomical in 2008 but I know the index has changed since then.

Some say it’s too based in commercial to profit right now, some say they’re going hard in it and others say it’s a bad bet.

Basically like everyone else, trying to figure out how to cash in a little on this house of cards REIT rn.
