swap single stock to indeces now?

I still own some stock that remained stable so far such as JnJ, Abbv, Dow, O and until yesterday KO.
I also own BYD which is doing fine actually and GWM that took a hellish nosedive but I am about even now.

I am thinking about ditching at least part if the positions and buy up SCHD (FUSD similar to SCHD).

Especially dow and Abbv ran up recently. GWM I am at a loss as it is Chinese but the company is solid, same as BYD.

Still a good point to also drop KO or is this after yesterday sell low, buy high?

I am afraid that every sector gets a hit now.
