stocks with low sensitivity to rates

What's stocks or sectors have the least amount of exposure to rates changing? Basically I don't want my investment returns to be decided by central bankers blowing massive bubbles and then popping them. I like researching investment ideas but I don't want to have to focus on what mistake the central banks will make next. Is the only solution to try to buy some stocks which benefit from higher rates and some which benefit from lower, or are them some in the middle which are not that sensitive at all? Open to any ideas
