Stocks in the following sectors: basic materials, consumer cycle and consumer defensive

As stated in the titel i need to further diversify my portfolio, so you guys/gals have and recommendations for these sectors? If possible not only US stocks, I am European so the currencies risks are irritating if it’s only US listed.
