Stockpile to automatically charge a monthly $4.95 fee for accounts who don’t opt out

As the title states, stockpile just emailed customers to say they’re charging a monthly fee for costumers who use their services.

“If you don’t take action by the end of June 2022, you will automatically be enrolled in the monthly plan at the regular price of $4.95.”

Personally, I think this is totally bogus and shouldn’t be allowed, I’ve tried to contact support ([email protected]) to cancel my account and to revoke my banking info, but have been unable to do so.

So, for those who have an account and don’t want to spend money, you might want to try to cancel your account as well.
