Hello. I received restricted stocks last year. They finally vested last friday after a year being restricted I sold the stock today and only received a partial amount of what the stocks are actually worth.
They are worth $7,500 but got an adjustment of -3K and only received $4,500 for them. Any thoughts on why this happened?
