Stock underwater when, company announced being acquired, what do I do?

I bought some MIRO shares at $4.55 and they recently announced they’re being bought out for less per share than I owed, at $3.25 but if they can meet some performance goal will kick in an extra $1.25. So very soon my understanding is I’m losing money, but if they meet their goal in time I may make a little. But I don’t know what it all means and would like some help understanding. There is more on the terms of the deal here, anyone care to help me understand what, if anything, I should be doing or even can do at this point?
