Does anyone know anything about a company that starts a new company to divide the pipeline in biotech. example they have 2 drugs and they split it up with a new company. Investors receive shares of new company.
Has anyone been through a spin off? What ratio of shares did you receive? Was there some sort of lock out to management or retail?
Lock out meaning cant sell shares for x amount of time.
