Stock rallied today and yesterday, good time to sell?

Because according to Jim Cramer:

It's just a short term bounce and the trend is still bearish. Therefore, the temporary rally is a good time to sell and raise some cash. Do you agree?

Obviously, this only makes sense if we think we are still in a downward underlying trend. BTW, I'm interested in your opinion on sources like Jim Cramer, and especially Motley Fool. For a new investor, we can be bombarded with info from different sources. Aside from the ones mentioned, there are also MarketWatch, Barron's, Investor's Business Daily, and even sites like Zack's.

Which one do you think is credible and which ones are not? And how should beginning investors utilize them?
Thanks
