Stock I need soon for tuition is going down – do I sell now or wait and see?

I am a 19y/o college student and not super knowledgeable about stocks, just putting that out there, so sorry if any of this is a stupid question.

I was gifted microsoft stock by a family member and plan to use at least part of it to pay my college tuition. I'm a sophomore right now and so far my parents have been paying my tuition (which I am extremely lucky and grateful for), but money is running low and my brother is starting college in the next few years. I will definitely be paying for my senior year, and possibly part/all of my junior year depending on what my parents want to do (~$40k per year). Around november 2021 my stock was up to like 140k, but right now its at 90k, and that huge dip is kind of scaring me, since many people are saying we are going into a recession or a market crash or whatever. I know the general advice for these things is to just hold long term and wait until things eventually go back up, but in my situation I will need to sell like 40k minimum in the next few years, and I'm not sure if I should just wait and do that when I need it, or sell some now in case it keeps going down and is even lower when I need it. Any advice?
