I began investing just as the market started picking up after COVID and was 25% up at one point. Now the market has dipped but I am still 5% up overall. I am mainly invested in an S&P500 index fund as well as individual positions in AAPL, MSFT, AMZN and BABA. My worry is that the current situation will tank the market and I may need the cash in the short term. Should I cut my gains now?
