stay, hold, sell, right now. looking for suggestions!

The market went up and my portfolio is almost in the green (for context I usually put in $ once every 2 weeks, but the minute the market dropped back in May ish, I kind of lost my job and had to cut where I could).

So what I'm thinking about is, a recession is imminent. Technically we are in a recession now! Should I just continue to hold, or should I sell what's in the green now, and wait for everything to drop.

Partly why I'm saying all this is because if I sell now it's kind of a low risk high liquidity reward. I likely won't have a lot of extra cash to invest in the next 6 months so I'll have some from what I sold to invest. And I'll have cash in liquid in case I continue to have issues financially.
