Starting my investing journey. Gonna put 40% each in VOO and QQQM and 20% into GLD so what is everyone’s opinions on these?

I am a 32 year old who will be putting money into these every two weeks. What’s your take? Goal is saving for retirement. Looking for growth. But also putting into GLD for diversity. Also, looked in natural gas as a commodity (UNG) but not sure how much growth potential that has. Any advice on that would be appreciated!
