Aside from the bad UI//UX designs, a lot of information is left in various submenus that require a good amount of digging to get to. But the most absurd part about this site, is that you can buy shares no problem, however, in order to sell the shares you need to subscribe to their $275 annual Ownership Bonus plan, on top of all the fees they take out for each buy/sell transaction. It's so scummy.
Not to mention the possibility that you might not be able to sell your investment for a while, if at all depending on demand, so if it takes a couple years, you'd be bleeding money just in hopes of selling something that other people might not even be looking for yet.
This is ridiculous and I do NOT recommend anyone ever using StartEngine. Stick to regular sites like, Fidelity, WeBull, ETrade, etc.
