As the title suggests, I recently had the idea to start a stock broker. Before any of you guys say it won't be a good idea, hear me out first.
I'm in north africa, and there's not one trading platform in the country that I am in that allows direct investments and trading US based stocks. Which is a HUGE gap in the market. I would certainly add options, futures, bonds.
You might ask well how would non US citizen be able to purchase stocks? I thought of a way, which is to start a foreign US LLC broker and trading on behalf of the customers.
Now here's the question? How do I start? Do I head to franchising as it costs less and I already have the system/platform and business name, or is it better to set up a new broker and going through all the other processes?
