Pretty cool company that I have decided to invest into. I normally avoid startups, but this concept seems like a possible breakthrough in terms of food shortage problem-solving. The company is using a completely natural protein called Solein (which comes from thin air) to produce meals. Let me know any thoughts! I know there are some small competitive ideas in the US, but Solar Foods is clearly betting on public funding on a fast pace (as they literally begun trading on Nasdaq today) to get things running. Will be a long-term play, but fun to see where it will go further down the road.
