Small cap segments with a focus on SME financing

Hey y'all,

I got some questions because I am partially running against a wall – or are just missing some definitions that I can better use. I am using for small cap segment that are part of regular non-american regulated stock segments. They should ideally be like m:access of the munich stock exchange – focused on small and medium enterprises and generally lower market capitalization. CAC Small, IBEX Small, SDAX, FTSE Italia Small Caps all are majorly filled with too big companies.

Both AIM and Nasdaq Nordic First Growth and AIM both hit most of what I want, so they are usable. Euronext Growth is not regulated enough.

Anyone has some ideas/tipps for segments or indexes to check out (small caps/blue chips, regulated, growth oriented, ideally european or african) that are somewhat similar to m:access, AIM or NNFG?
